Social Data Intelligence: An Altimeter Group Report

I recently had the privilege of working with Susan Etlinger and Altimeter Group on their Social Data Intelligence research project.  In their report, they discuss how enterprise-class companies use social data to drive business success.

I am honored to have our team featured in a Case Study within the report. Our mission is to connect every social customer to the employee most likely to meet the need and we were delighted to see that highlighted here. We work toward the day when thousands of employees are empowered to serve millions of social customers in real-time.

I hope you enjoy the report:

  1. Placed in an awkward situation by his agent, Pryor said he and Allen are “on the same page” after a Tuesday discussion. Pryor further distanced himself from Stanley, stating that he never once considered that Allen would factor in anything but winning games

  2. I agree that social intelligence is crucial for business decisions and strategy. This is one of the support services SME’s asked from virtual assistants. Social data intelligence does not only provide insights about how engaging is your business in the consumers’ perspecitve, it also.tracks company reputation and opportunities.
